David Plotnick12 days agoChris and Lucas were a really great help They put in proper piping and sent to intelligence mode on a water heater so now we should be able to get hot water and more consistently. Jojo, Griffin, and Grayson came out today to install our new HVAC unit, and they were fantastic. They kept us updated with texts beforehand and even this morning when the appointment time shifted. Master technician Scott was thorough and did a comprehensive inspection and provided us with a great assessment of the current conditions of our pumps and possible future options. He was knowledgeable, patient and answered all of our questions. We also had easy communication with the office staff and we look forward to future service from Hall HVAC and are glad we found them.Posted on Facebook
Jennifer Tichacek223 days agoHall Air was recommended to us by Ernie Mowbray, and I'm so glad he did! Our HVAC system, which was over 15 years old, stopped working, and we needed a new system. Jonathan gave us his recommendations, and we had a new system installed. At the same time, we decided to condition the crawl space which required a new vent to be cut in the floor. We had just had our floors refinished and had flush floor vents. So Jonathan contacted the floor company and matched exactly the color stain and installed a flush floor vent for the conditioned crawl. I'm very particular, and they couldn't have done a better job! I learned so much which gave me confidence and a clear understanding of just how the heat system works. We ended up purchasing a brand new Ruud heat pump and so glad we did. Jacob Beck, the last technician who helped us, spent several hours tracking down a tricky, on-and-off problem. He got our system working again and made sure we were happy with everything. If you’re thinking about getting a new HVAC system for your home, or you just need service, I recommend talking to them. They listen, they’re honest, they absolutely care about their customers, and their prices are fair. This was a complicated project, and Jonathan, Grayson and team went above and beyond, offered very fair pricing, and handled unexpected issues quickly and professionally. They were extremely accommodating with my schedule and even left the work area cleaner than they found it. Best yet, my new system is quieter than a ninja tiptoeing on carpet and the thermostat can easily be controlled manually or on my phone remotely. Add this 5-out-of-5-star review to all their others—this company truly deserves it. Kenny Whitescarver430 days agoThere are a lot of choices out there when it comes to HVAC work - this is the one to call. We recently needed both HVAC systems in our house replaced. Hall Air was able to quickly get out to our place and help us out. A lot of places are pushy/salesy trying to get you to work with them. With Hall Air, I only ever felt like Jonathan was trying to help us solve our issues. They took a holistic approach that wasn't solely focused on the new equipment, but also on the setup of our house, duct work, and air flow. Once it was time to execute, the team of Grayson, CJ, and Jojo were complete professionals. They got our old equipment out and disposed of, installed the new systems, and left the place cool and clean. New lifetime customer here!Posted on Facebook
