Jeff Ullrich1 days agoI am always pleased with David LHall. Chris Edwards is a highly skilled and thoughtful master craftsman who performs exceptional work! I recommend him and David L Hall without reservation! The job completed today was well planned and executed and was a a complex replacement of aged HVAC drains that were old and breaking down! Great job that saved me from the possibility of significant water damage!Posted on Google

Terry Ferree3 days agoGreat price on 2 heat pumps. Jonathan presented us with the facts about the systems and no pressure to buy. He even replied to my email on a Sunday which was totally unexpected. The installation took about 6 hours and the guys were great. Grayson, Jo Jo, and Tucker left no evidence they were here except for 2 new, quiet, and efficient units. The units have been tried on heat and cool and now we have warm air from the vents when heating and cool air when cooling. The old units were the opposite, cool when heating and warm when cooling, lol.Posted on Google

Jojo, Griffin, and Grayson came out today to install our new HVAC unit, and they were fantastic. They kept us updated with texts beforehand and even this morning when the appointment time shifted. They walked us through how to use the new system and answered every question. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be recommending them to others.Posted on Facebook
Summe Johnson225 days agoI can’t say enough good things about D.L. Hall, Inc! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The team was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but genuinely kind and respectful throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. It’s rare to find a company that combines this level of expertise with such a personable and thoughtful approach. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. Most importantly, they treated my home with care and me with real courtesy—something that truly stood out. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, this is the one. Highly recommend to anyone who values professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service. I want to give a special shout out to Jonathan, Grayson, Griffin and Lani for all of their help!Posted on Facebook

Paul A Sojka263 days agoWe had an excellent first visit from Hall HVAC to evaluate our heat pumps. Master technician Scott was thorough and did a comprehensive inspection and provided us with a great assessment of the current conditions of our pumps and possible future options. He was knowledgeable, patient and answered all of our questions. We also had easy communication with the office staff and we look forward to future service from Hall HVAC and are glad we found them.Posted on Facebook
Jennifer Tichacek268 days agoHall Air was recommended to us by Ernie Mowbray, and I'm so glad he did! Our HVAC system, which was over 15 years old, stopped working, and we needed a new system. Jonathan gave us his recommendations, and we had a new system installed. At the same time, we decided to condition the crawl space which required a new vent to be cut in the floor. We had just had our floors refinished and had flush floor vents. So Jonathan contacted the floor company and matched exactly the color stain and installed a flush floor vent for the conditioned crawl. I'm very particular, and they couldn't have done a better job! Thank you for an excellent job, excellent communication, and excellent service!!!Posted on Facebook
Gale Struble274 days agoI appreciated how Scott explained everything he was doing to check over my heat pump system. I learned so much which gave me confidence and a clear understanding of just how the heat system works. We ended up purchasing a brand new Ruud heat pump and so glad we did. I can't get over how much more comfortable we are and pleased to have Hall Air maintain our equipment.Posted on Facebook
Park27290 days agoDavid L. Hall Heating & Air Conditioning has been a trusted resource for me for over 20 years, and they have consistently delivered outstanding service. They’ve helped keep my HVAC systems in top condition through regular maintenance and have always provided timely, efficient, and well-executed replacements when needed. As both a homeowner and someone who works with homes every day, I value reliability, clear communication, and competent workmanship—and Hall Heating & Air has never fallen short in any of those areas. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and I’ve always felt confident that my equipment was in capable hands. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.Posted on Facebook

Cliff Middlebrook321 days agoMany companies claim to offer great service, but David L Hall Heating and Air Conditioning truly delivers. Jacob Beck, the last technician who helped us, spent several hours tracking down a tricky, on-and-off problem. He got our system working again and made sure we were happy with everything. If you’re thinking about getting a new HVAC system for your home, or you just need service, I recommend talking to them. They listen, they’re honest, they absolutely care about their customers, and their prices are fair. Choosing David L Hall Heating and Air Conditioning was the best decision we made for our HVAC needs.Posted on Facebook
Olivia Zehringer Smith342 days agoFantastic experience from start to finish in Chesterfield, VA. This was a complicated project, and Jonathan, Grayson and team went above and beyond, offered very fair pricing, and handled unexpected issues quickly and professionally. They were extremely accommodating with my schedule and even left the work area cleaner than they found it. Best yet, my new system is quieter than a ninja tiptoeing on carpet and the thermostat can easily be controlled manually or on my phone remotely. Add this 5-out-of-5-star review to all their others—this company truly deserves it. I got quotes from so many places (srsly like 7) and can easily say if you don’t call Jonathan at Hall Air you’re missing out.Posted on Facebook

Kenny Whitescarver475 days agoThere are a lot of choices out there when it comes to HVAC work - this is the one to call. We recently needed both HVAC systems in our house replaced. Hall Air was able to quickly get out to our place and help us out. A lot of places are pushy/salesy trying to get you to work with them. With Hall Air, I only ever felt like Jonathan was trying to help us solve our issues. They took a holistic approach that wasn't solely focused on the new equipment, but also on the setup of our house, duct work, and air flow. Once it was time to execute, the team of Grayson, CJ, and Jojo were complete professionals. They got our old equipment out and disposed of, installed the new systems, and left the place cool and clean. New lifetime customer here!Posted on Facebook
